It's a tough thing to do. And scary. And did I mention tough? But the great thing is that, with the right group of people, you don't have to suffer it by yourself!
It's a scary thing, not least because every time you do it you find out things you should have been doing last time. At this point, while I'm really pushing the book I released last week, I'm also looking at building that framework for the next book, next year. Will I be any better-prepared. Well, maybe.
